Defines the aspects of a Pdu which can be collected inside a Container Pdu.

Defines the header id this Pdu shall have in case this Pdu is put inside a Container Pdu with HeaderType = longHeader or shortHeader.

offset

Byte offset that describes the location of the Contained Pdu in the Container Pdu if no header is used.
